1. Product Types
We offer two types of products: (1) Made-to-order services (done-for-you setup, custom development, integration services) and (2) Instant-delivery digital products (licenses, ready-made software, templates). Refund conditions differ for each type.
2. Made-to-Order Services
Custom integrations, platform setup, website development, and done-for-you services fall into this category. Because these are produced specifically for you, cancellations made before work begins receive a full refund. After delivery, refunds are only considered if the delivered work does not match the agreed specifications. Submit refund requests to hello@yourdomain.com.
3. Instant-Delivery Digital Products
Software licenses, ready-made modules, and downloadable digital content are activated immediately upon delivery and are therefore non-refundable. If a product does not work as described, we will provide technical support; if the issue cannot be resolved, a full refund will be issued.
4. Refund Process
Submit your refund request to hello@yourdomain.com with your order number and reason for the request. We will review and respond within 2 business days.
5. Refund Method
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Credit card refunds may take 3–10 business days to appear on your statement.
6. Subscription Cancellation
Monthly or annual subscriptions can be cancelled before the next renewal date. Access remains active until the end of the current billing period after cancellation.
